Purpose of the visit – Training and experiments on the topic „In vitro fertilization and maturation of porcine oocytes”
The research program included:
- Participation in experiments aiming in vitro maturation, fertilization and culture of porcine oocytes;
- Participation in experiments aiming the parthenogenetic activation of porcine oocytes and their subsequent culture to the blastocyst stage.
A valuable exchange of experience and know-how was achieved in the field of the in vitro and embryo-technologies with porcine oocytes.
