4. Promotion and visibility of project results
Objectives
This activity will cover the entire period of the project and will aim at increasing the transparency and visibility of IBIR-BAS. The overall success of the project critically depends on the dissemination activity. IBIR-BAS will make all necessary efforts to actively disseminate the results of its research to reach broad public.
Targeted groups will not only be students, scientists specialized in biology, veterinary and human medicine and scientific centers in Bulgaria and abroad, but also the entire society, relevant NGOs in the field, national administration and final beneficiary of the research activities of IBIR-BAS (farmers, veterinary and human doctors, people with infertility problems and other).
Work description
Task 4.1. Preparation of website of IBIR-BAS including information about research and training courses.
Task 4.2. Open Days at IBIR-BAS.
Task 4.3. Presentation of the new lab of IBIR-BAS and opening of its doors to business partners from medicine and agriculture.
Task 4.4. Joint events with the Union of Scientists in Bulgaria.
Task 4.5. Support of communication and publication materials.
Deliverables
- √ Report on the established website of IBIR-BASJune 2010.
- √ Feedback study on the impact of meetings conducted during the Open Days in IBIR-BAS December 2010, December 2011, December 2012.
- √ Report on practical network with business partners– December 2011.
