5. Management and Coordination of ReProForce
Objectives
The main objectives are:
- To ensure the proper functioning of the project and to deliver timely output with sufficient quality and within budget.
- To ensure an effective and independent ongoing assessment of all activities of the project in cordance with its objectives.
- To act adequately in cases of foreseen or unexpected risks or difficulties.
- To coordinate the communication with the Commission.
Work description
Task 5.1. Coordinating and contracting.
Task 5.2. Financial management and reports to EU Commission.
Task 5.3. Management of ethical issues.

- √ Advisory Board’s Conclusions and Final Report - December 2010, December 2011, December 2012.
