1. Strengthening the Research capability of IBIR-BAS
Objectives
This work package will consist of the following core elements for improving the human and research capacity of IBIR-BAS:
- Two-way mobility exchange and training of 2 PhD, 8 junior and 10 senior researchers from different departments from IBIR-BAS and 10 experienced partners from ReProForce.
- Creation of attractive working conditions in IBIR-BAS for recruitment of Bulgarian scientists working abroad. The final goal is the employment of 5 experienced researchers.
Work description
Task 1.1. Exchange of "know-how" by mobility visits.
Task 1.2. Extensive methodological trainings of scientists from IBIR-BAS.
Task 1.3. Recruitment of new researchers.

- √ Final report on increased scientific knowledge obtained through mobility exchange and training provided by the programme package - December 2012
- √ List of hired persons - December 2010
