The Review Period Meeting (18^th month) of ReProForce Project was held on 15.06.2011 at the Seminar Hall of IBIR-BAS. The major topic of this meeting was discussions on the periodic report for the activities carried out according to the program of the ReProForce project for the period the 1^st - 18^th month of its duration. All the leaders of the Work Packages as well as all the enlisted participants and the newly recruited researchers were present at the meeting. The meeting was conducted in two working sessions. In the first working session the Coordinator of the ReProForce project Margarita Mollova presented a detailed summary of the Interim Report prepared for the European Commission. The summary included information about the basic concepts of the project and the progress made for its achievement illustrated by the corresponding results from the activities of the different Work Packages for the period mentioned above. Presented were the results from the realized programs for mobility; the educational methodological courses; the introduction of the new experimental techniques and apparatuses and their use in experiments after education of the younger researchers; the subscription for mew scientific journals and online data base units; the contracts signed up with different universities, research institutes and private centers for obstetrics and gynecology; participations in international scientific meetings; activities to enlarge the already created research networks in the field of biology and immunology of reproduction; activities for dissemination of the results from the ReProForce project by advertisement, photo- and video materials, booklet, invitations, presentations of the project at different scientific or business meetings. In conclusion it was pointed out that the planned aims and technical tasks were successfully achieved following the program of the ReProForce project although some minor deviations have been observed and corrected in due time.

Following the presentation of Dr.Mollova about the results from the planned activities for the first 18 months of the ReProForce project, the scientific expert Elena |Kistanova presented the financial report for the separate Work Packages of the ReProForce project and the results from the intermediate internal audit. Giving a very detailed analysis of the specific requirements for the financial management and the expenditures done of each Work Package she stressed out that the internal audit established a strict observance of all requirements and regulations of the Bulgarian and the European legislation in execution of all project activities.

Detailed discussions on the presented materials and the corresponding report for the 18-month period were held during the second working session. The activities of each Work Package were discussed by the team members and the Periodic Report for the European Commission as well as the financial report was approved unanimously. Further were discussed some proposals about the better organization of the future activities of the ReProForce.
